These terms apply to purchases from and use of Kirei Stationery, operated by PAIR株式会社 in Japan. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and the delivery information shown before checkout.

Products and descriptions

We sell new, authentic stationery. Product pages describe the model, colour, size and other relevant specifications. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Japanese-brand products are not necessarily manufactured in Japan; any stated country of manufacture must match the individual product.

Please check compatibility information before ordering refills or accessories. If you are unsure, contact us. This does not reduce our responsibility for accurate descriptions or conformity with applicable law.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have the appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled portion. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent.

We may decline orders for genuine stock, payment, fraud or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. If there is a material listing error, we will explain it and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund as legally permitted. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders.

Prices, delivery and import charges

The checkout identifies the transaction currency and applicable charges. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

Available destinations, delivery services and shipping charges are shown before purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. We remain responsible for delivery to the extent required by applicable law; handing a parcel to a carrier does not automatically end that responsibility.

Any allocation of import taxes, duties or customs charges will be disclosed before purchase and applied in accordance with applicable law. We do not transfer to you tax collection obligations imposed on us by law. These terms do not themselves establish that an order is DDP, that IOSS applies, or that all destinations use payment on arrival.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to report problems and exercise cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, statutory guarantees, delivery or cancellation. Manufacturer warranties, where available, are additional to those rights and may have territorial limits.

Use of the website

Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Content and branding belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use information for personal shopping purposes, but must obtain permission where required before reproducing protected material commercially. Brand references do not by themselves imply an authorised-dealer relationship.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, but this does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. They do not require consumers to give up a legally protected right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.

Please contact us through the Inquiry Form on our Contact Us page with a complaint so that we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict access to courts, regulators or other legal remedies.

Changes and contact
